You'll need to make ocean and river adjustments for the location you're fishing at.
Also, the low tide at Pacific City is much later than the reading at the mouth. The lower the tide, the longer it takes for the water upriver to run out. The Pacific City low tide time is innacurate... high tide is spot on. I haven't checked the accuracy of other river readings yet.
